At Paxton Gate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home treasures; if you are not, we offer returns on most non-specimen items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to their fragile nature, certain natural history items and oddities are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all home decor or fragile components are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
